Frank Rivers has been an attorney with Stefani & Stefani since 2005. Frank Rivers specializes in litigation and appellate work, with an emphasis on employment litigation matters. He represents both business entities and individuals, plaintiffs and defendants, appellants and appellees in connection with various types of employment disputes including discrimination, whistleblower, civil rights, and American's with disabilities matters. Frank has tried cases before juries and before judges in both state courts and federal courts. In addition, he has participated in a very significant way to Stefani & Stefani's successful appeals at the state and federal court levels.Frank earned a bachelor of science degree in criminal justice, cum laude, from WayneStateUniversity in 1995, and received his juris doctorate from HarvardLawSchool in 1999. He is admitted to practice before all Michigan State Courts, the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan and the U.S. Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals.
